October/November 2010

well, I guess time just past me up! it's almost December! ok, october...pretty much did the Halloween bit..trick or treating and Immy really enjoyed it this time, wizzing through the neighborhood to get her candy. Angel, a good friend came too, but he was a bit shy in going around from house to house. The next day we were on a plane trip to WA to visit my brother's new baby..Ethan Alex. It was an "ok" vacation, just adapting to 2 screaming kids. Mom and Dad were there so it was nice to have some good cooking and company. November just went so fast because I had company 3 wks. in a row. My mother in law, brother and his family and father in law came to visit which is nice cause I sure didn't want to travel anymore. I'm was so tired these past wks. I'm trying to recover. Now, I'm running around doing Christmas shopping and trying to get back to our routine. So for now, it should be smooth sailing. Rock has been doing a praline experiment and Immy and I enjoyed a few bites of his batches of confections. Blue is still Blue...sometimes listens and goes wild. Oh, we spent Thanksgiving at the Officer's Club. It was a nice change but I think we should stick to the homemade dinner! lol..that's pretty much it for now..grateful and blessed that we are still in good health and we are surrounded by great friends and family.

September 2010

September has been going really fast, the weather is getting much cooler now, but a nice change. Well, Immy is doing soo well in preschool. She learned the whole alphabet, counting up to 20 and above, knowing different colors and shapes, and beginning to learn how to read. She loves school!! Immy is behaving much better, doesn't cry as long, and doing awesome with #2!! We meet a good friend, Grace and her son Angel. They are much alike and would've you guessed, their bdays are apart by one day!! We are enjoying their company!! Blue, our puppy, is doing well also. Some days she listens to commands, but getting there with Rock training her every day. She finally has progressed sleeping from her crate to a regular pillow bed out in our kitchen. She seems to love it!! Let's see, Immy attended a movie for the first time. She enjoyed it, although in the beginning the loud sound got to her, but she was just enjoying herself talking about the movie and eating her M&M's. She loves shopping still..she's into Hello Kitty!! awesome!! We'll be attending Disney on Ice: Princess Classics this Friday. She's super excited. And we're looking forward to Halloween. She wants to be a Mermaid Princess (Ariel). So, we'll see. We thank God for our good health and great friends here in Ohio and especially Rock who's been so loving to us. He's the Best!! Looking foward to Fall! :)

July/August 2010

Much has happened since my last blog..so here it goes..we finally got our puppy. Her name is Roxy Blue..but we call her Blue. She is now 12 wks. and 16 lbs. She has adapted well so far and just a cutie!! But she can be like Immy..crazy!! Immy started preschool 2 wks. ago and to my suprise, she likes it and doing well. She's really into the prizes, which are the turtle hand stamps and stickers. She had some rough days but she got over it fast. Still doing well with #2. yea!! We attended a Lebanese festival last w/e and Immy enjoyed the belly dancers. One day I'll take a class!! looks fun..Looking forward in going to WA to see my sister in law and brother and their 2nd baby and to see how WA is. So, that's pretty much it and just glad we are all in good health and I'm very blessed to have a wonderful husband and a sweet daughter.

Well, I'm finally updating my blog...a lot going on..Rock took us to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium early this month..it was very hot but at least we can say we went to a zoo here!! lol..we ate out at a Mexican Restaurant that's actually good..too bad it's in the old part of town..we went to the Dayton Air Show this past w/e and that too was nice but hot!! Missed the Blue Angels cause Immy was crying after a jet flew by and it was getting hotter!! We took some good planes shots though..and to top it off..we'll be getting our new puppy next wk. So, we'll be extra busy here at the house..Immy is excited. She's doing well in listening to me and easier to shop with her actually makes it fun!! And for once, she is doing good with #2!! lol..finally progress!! Qoute to remember: "I love you mommie, your the best mommie..we do things together, we play together, we hug together, we kiss together..we love each other.."
